Our staff are screened for temperature and Ehteraz green status twice are day and all their clothes/shoes are disinfected using the nano-spraying machines everyday.
Our staff members follow safe hygiene precautions and practice proper hand-washing techniques,frequently sanitize their hands and wear gloves and face masks at all time.
Our staff ensure safe social distancing at workplaces and they do not share tools and equipments.
A minimum of 1.5m social distance is observed between our staff including the chefs in kitchen and by our service staff while taking orders.
All contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized as per set schedule and all tables are completely sanitized after the guests leave, and sanitizers are placed on all active tables and entrance.
All of our food and ingredients are safely handled strictly as per the guidelines of the Ministry of Public Health.
Only a limited number of tables are open for dine-in and a social distance of at least 2m is maintained between tables, and only one staff would serve a table at a time.
Guests' temperatures are screened using contactless mode and Ehteraz green tag status are verified before being allowed entry.
Guests are requested to cooperate and wear masks while entering and leaving the premises, and follow social distancing while entering, placing orders and leaving the restaurant.
Guests are encouraged to use the QR code on cashier counter and tables to access digital menu and place orders and pay directly directly at cashier counter.
